This Privacy Policy explains how Zallora Team (“Zallora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Zallora mobile application (the “App”) and related services.
Zallora is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the App.

Photos, face-related data, and biometrics
- We do not perform facial recognition and we do not collect biometric identifiers for uniquely identifying you.
- Photos you choose to add are used only to provide the features you request.
- If one-time image processing/generation is offered, images are processed for the requested result and handled per the retention rules below.
- We do not use your photos for marketing, and we do not use your photos or content to train advertising systems.
3. Optional AI-Assisted Processing (If You Choose to Use It)
If the App provides AI-assisted features (for example, generating item descriptions, extracting details from images, or organizing records from text), you remain in control.
- User control: You decide whether to upload any image or text and whether to generate AI-assisted output.
- Our servers only: Uploaded images/text are processed on servers controlled by Zallora Team.
- No third-party sharing: We do not share your AI inputs or outputs with any third party.
- Immediate deletion: After processing completes, AI inputs and intermediate data are deleted immediately, except where short-term retention is necessary to deliver the result to you or required by law.
- No training/marketing: We do not use AI inputs or outputs for advertising or marketing model training.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the App (organize accessories, track usage, keep records).
- Personalize your experience (preferences and configurations you choose).
- Improve the App (debugging, performance optimization, and feature improvements).
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Customer support and service communications.
- Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only when necessary and only to the minimum extent required:
- With your consent or at your direction.
- With service providers acting on our behalf (as data processors) under confidentiality and security obligations.
- For legal reasons (to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests).
- To protect rights and safety (to prevent fraud, misuse, or threats; to enforce our terms).
6. Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
- Usage and analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
- Support content: retained for up to 6 months.
- AI-assisted processing: inputs and intermediate data are deleted immediately after processing (see Section 3).
7. Security
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Periodic security reviews and audits.
- Backups and recovery procedures.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
