Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Zallora mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Zallora helps you organize and manage accessories (including handbags, jewelry, and other items) by letting you categorize items, track usage, and maintain detailed records. The App may provide statistics such as usage frequency and idle duration.

3. License and Restrictions

3.1 License

Subject to these Terms, Zallora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by applicable usage rules.

3.2 Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not interfere with the App’s security, availability, or integrity.

4. Accounts and Your Responsibilities

If account registration is available, you agree to provide accurate information (including name, username, and email) and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Your Content

You may submit content such as item names, descriptions, photos, categories, tags, and usage records (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Zallora a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the App to you.

• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions (If Offered)

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings (for example, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

7. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee that records or statistics will be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zallora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Zallora’s total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, users, or Zallora. Upon termination, the license ends and you must stop using the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

10.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Zallora’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10.2 Binding arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

11. Apple-Specific Acknowledgements (iOS)

• These Terms are between you and Zallora Team, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• Zallora Team (not Apple) is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, as required by law.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective as of the Effective Date shown above (or as otherwise stated). By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
